Your account

Privacy

Who can see your organization’s data and how to remove it.

Your brand knowledge, connected data, research, files and credits belong to your organization. People need current membership to access them. A file or folder you share with a public link can be opened by anyone with that link.

Your AI app

Your AI app signs in through your browser. You choose the organization and approve access. It works with your access in that organization, including reading brand and source data, saving facts, researching sources and managing files.

Paid work still needs your approval of its price on a card or at its link in Goose. A yes in chat cannot spend credits.

Open Settings, then Connected apps, to disconnect an AI app. Removing someone from the organization also ends access for the apps they connected.

Source reading and research

Goose keeps the sources and files you supply, brand facts and their evidence, connected account data, research and the records needed to run and pay for work. It sends the parts needed for source reading and research to the services doing that work.

Disconnect a business account on Connections to stop new reads. Goose deletes the sign-in it stored and, for every account except Meta, the numbers it saved. Meta results stay until the brand or organization is deleted.

A file or folder link works until its expiry or until you turn it off. Share only the files you want other people to see. Turning off a link ends access through that link.

Payments

You pay on a secure payment page. Goose does not store your card number. Billing keeps payment and credit records.

Remove your data

To delete a brand, write to help@gooseworks.ai. An owner can delete an organization from Organization. Access ends immediately, and Goose clears its data in the background. Payment and credit records may remain as part of billing records.

Deletion cannot be undone. To ask about your data or your account, write to help@gooseworks.ai.
